How We Choose What to Cover
We research products based on publicly available information: ingredient lists, verified customer reviews, and brand transparency. We don't accept free products, sponsored placements, or brand partnerships. If a product makes the list, it's because the ingredients, reviews, and price point hold up — not because someone paid for the mention.
We focus on Amazon because that's where most buyers are. Prices, availability, and review counts are accurate at the time of writing but change over time — always check the current Amazon listing before purchasing.
