What this site is
RawBarSoap is an independent buying guide for men's grooming. It is aimed at guys who want to look good and feel good without turning it into a hobby. Each guide starts with a short answer, then shows the reasoning in plain English.
Right now the guides cover bar soap and body care. Shaving and trimmers are planned next, then beards and skin basics.
How products are chosen
Guides are built from published product information and research: manufacturer ingredient lists, product listings and the sources linked at the bottom of each guide. The guides are based on published information, not hands-on testing, and they do not say otherwise.
No free products, sponsored placements or brand partnerships are accepted. Products are linked on Amazon because that is where most readers buy. Details and availability change over time, so check the current Amazon listing before you buy.
How the site earns money
